With one of the coldest winters finally coming to an end, its time to bring the cars out of hibernation, get them started, detailed and ready to drive.  I have prepared a list of some of the causes and remedies of a non-starting engine (this is assuming stabilizer was used and the gas is good).  In addition to this list, there can be other factors specific to your region.  Here in Georgia, it is very wet and humid, resulting in oxidized points. After a car has been sitting for several months, we always check the points first, and they almost always require running a point file over them to get their spark back.
